Plain language: this site uses no tracking cookies, no third-party advertising, no behavioural profiling. The few pieces of data it touches are listed below.
Visits to public pages are counted by Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and uses anonymized request fingerprints. No cross-site tracking, no persistent identifier, no profile is ever built about you.
When you send a brief through the contact form, the name, email address, optional agency/company name, and message are emailed directly to bram@bramdeclercq.eu. The submission is not stored in a database on this site. To prevent spam, the form runs a one-shot Cloudflare Turnstile check, which Cloudflare designs to operate without tracking cookies.
The /admin area is reachable only by the site owner via Google Sign-in. Once signed in, a strictly-necessary session cookie keeps the session alive for up to eight hours. This cookie exists for the duration of an explicit log-in only and is never used for visitor analytics.
If you toggle the light/dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device.
Some pages include videos hosted on Vimeo. The embed is loaded in privacy mode (dnt=1), which disables Vimeo's analytics and advertising cookies. A small, strictly-necessary session cookie may still be set by the Vimeo player so it can run. No advertising profile is built from your visit here.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data this site holds about you. Because contact-form messages are forwarded to email and not stored on the site itself, exercising these rights is straightforward: email bram@bramdeclercq.eu and your messages will be deleted from the inbox.
The site is hosted by Vercel (USA / EU). Uploaded images live on Cloudflare R2 (EU). Contact emails are sent through Resend (USA). Sign-in identity is verified by Google (USA). Videos are streamed from Vimeo (USA) in privacy mode. All providers act as processors under the GDPR; their own privacy notices apply when you interact with them.
